  Purchased 4 items on Dec. 1st. Received on Dec.10th with 2 of 4 broken due to rough handling and wrapping multiple ceramic items stacked together with no protection between. Seller offered to send replacements but it is 12/29 and no communication. When asked they state they are waiting on a box from USPS. No initiative on their part to correct the issues. I understand things happen, but dragging your feet with other peoples money or items leads me to let other know.

  A number of things happened in this transaction. The items were shipped promptly on 12/6 after returning from a vacation that was communicated prior to the purchase.The items were packed securely with bubble wraps between and around them. Replacement items were readied for shipment that same day. It was my mistake to buy shipping from USPS that required a specific box. This was all communicated multiple times. USPS was slow in providing the box, so new shipping was purchased at my expense.
