Decent but not great; NO NUBS ON THE UNDERSIDE!!!
I have to admit, I should have paid closer attention to some of the reviews. This tray is less rubbery and more plasticky than the front and rear floor mats that it is meant to go with. It has a fair amount of grip for most items but is just not as rugged as the Mopar slush floor mats. But the worst part imo is the fact that there are no nubs on the bottom to grip into the cargo area carpet and hold this tray in place. Makes this tray seem really cheaply made. I'm not sure how they wouldn't put those on this tray!? Yes, the rear seat backs keep it from sliding forward, and the wheel wells hold it in place side-to-side, but the low-profile plastic trim piece where the tailgate latch is doesn't do much to keep it from sliding out of the cargo area when you're unloading your belongings. I will likely buy a cheap floor mat, cut it up, and epoxy some pieces with nubs to the underside of this mat to keep it in place, so that it is more like what I expected it to have from the factory! I just didn't expect this kind of oversight from Mopar.
