The phone was exactly as described, in pristine condition, and worked perfectly. It was a steal for the price, much lower than retail, with a charger included.     Arrived quickly and was packaged well. Laptop was as described and is better than expected for the money. This laptop requires a 230W adapter and was received with a 90W adapter and the wrong cord to go from the adapter to the wall. When I contacted them about it, I got a quick reply, and apology, and quick shipping on the correct adapter with a tracking number. GREAT customer service!!
