Truck was having fuel in the fuel regulator’s vacuum air line

Truck rpm dropped to 385rpm when coming to a stop and sometimes stalls. Rpm would suddenly climb to 2000rpm without stepping on the throttle. Cleaned the iam valve to no avail. Changed the fuel regulator and its now purring nicely.
