Hi I arranged to collect myself from the Parcel force depot in Basingstoke a 80 mile round trip I know its not your fault but they lied, saying they had delivered there was no delivery note thanks to you my son could track where it was I went to royal mail in Basingstoke, who very kindly directed me to the Parcel force depot.
