Item arrived in a timely manner (arrived about 2 weeks earlier than estimated arrival) and was packaged well. Included was a small freebie of clip-on earrings. With that being said, item was NOT like pictured. The neckline was different (pictured had a tear-drop design, given was buttoned up) and the sleeves were made of a type of mesh material. Quality of qipao was as expected for price. Sizing was accurate. The seller was quick to reply and answer questions.

The coat that I ordered is NOT what I received! I have contacted the seller for a negotiated refund and all that I got is empty promises! This seller is not honest with the merchandise. The coat that I received is worth $30 or $40 dollars, not $99. I for sure will not order anything from this seller in the future! Beware of this seller!
