Quiets intake whistle between 1.5k and 2k rpm
After installing a cold air intake on my 5.0 f150 I could hear a high pitched whistle and this fixed it.

Great replacement 👍
Compared directly to an OEM with 100k miles it fit very well. Thickness was about 5 thousandths thicker which is tolerable and that's compared to a used/worn unison ring

Plastic dents, poor design
1 of 2 found this helpful Slot should be keyed so it can only be inserted one way. Accidentally put it together backwards and instantly broke a brittle transistor. Stupid me but stupid design as well. 2 minutes of design could have fixed my expensive mistake.
