Best Commercial Upright Vac anywhere on planet
Windsor/Karcher has been mfg’ing XP-12 for 25+ years . Easy to see why mfg’er has made very little changes since first rolling out 25-30 years ago.
XP-12 equipped with servo motor automatically adjusts brush roller as operator vacuums over any high or low spots in flooring . Vacuums hard or soft surfaces , pull out extension wand & attach either onboard tool crevice tool or upholstery brush.
Beater Bar easily accessible by removing Right hand bearing block .Remove hair or carpet fibers easily wrapped tightly around brush roller.
Remove clogs or obstructions by pushing in bottom button on Dust bag housing & lift housing from Bottom Base . Pull down on foot pedal & slide vac’s neck all the way back to gain access to any & all obstructions bottom base obstruction .
Access any & all other potential clogged units going thru Bottom Base orange door all clogs thru Orange clean out trap
