Amateur at packaging fragile valuable items! Case arrived completely destroyed! There was a ton of extra space within the box allowing the case and ball to flop around freely! The ball was all marred up from the fragments of broken plastic and it wreaked of cigarettes! The ball is also flat and in need of a replacement bladder which was not disclosed in the listing! Seller was very argumentative and hostile when presented with the details even after sending a dozen photographs of the damage.

your a real piece of garbace for the negative bull_____ you gave me first the item couldnt have smelt of smoke no one smokes here. I did pack it all around it's seems you were mad when you got it and broke it yourself. your negative feedback will be posted

The negative review was absolutely warranted. One used wash cloth as packing was not going to cut it! Did you remember to fill the 4" void in the top of he box before sealing it up for shipment? The answer to that is a BIG FAT NO!! The reason I was upset was because of all the damage that was completely preventable if only the least bit of effort was taken to properly package it. The fact that you never disclosed that the ball was flat and in need of a new bladder didn't help your case either.
