Great mod!

I loved the Fromel Chorus mod so much that I went and bought an old Tube Screamer, just to do the Fromel mod. It certainly improved the sound....Sorry, don't know the technical aspects enough to explain it, but I know it's there. It really helps drive tube amps, and the hiss that drove through my system has vanished, switching it on is a joy. The only thing I would recommend: Make sure that you practice desoldering on some other thing first. Careful attention, an inexpensive soldering iron...you're good to go.
