You won't find anything better for the price.
Given the $155 price tag, I wasn't expecting much. Upon receiving the guitar, I was impressed at how downright pretty it is.
The gloss-coated body shows a nice grain and the neck/fingerboard are well done. As to the performance of the guitar, I must say that I am totally a "hobby" player so I really can't speak as to how the guitar performs in a professional setting.
For my purposes, however, the pickups, tuners and other hardware are perfectly fine. The strings are another matter. First order of business was to have a lighter gauge set overnighted. Once they they were installed, a few string height and intonation adjustments were made, the guitar became a joy to play.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with this guitar and would highly recommend it to any "just for fun" player who, like myself, is on a tight budget.

Great little kit
A very interesting little kit. As indicated, the crankcase halves are die-cast metal while the rest of the parts are plastic. Everything is pre-painted but I added a few small details. Instructions are simple and easy to understand. All in all, a great looking display piece.
