A Must-Have
"Our Town" is one of the best pieces of American literature we have and this edition of it is just beautiful.

Somewhere in Time
1 of 1 found this helpful Shamelessly romantic and beautifully filmed, Somewhere in Time is like that slice of chocolate silk pie you've been longing for. Just let yourself go and savor it. And remember that Christopher Reeve was more than just a pretty face. We feel his intense frustration as he tries and fails to travel back in time to find the woman he adores. Then when he finally succeeds and opens his eyes in the past, we share his amazement and sheer delight. This is a lovely film and might even make you greet your significant other a little more passionately at the end of the day.

From one of the best Time-Life Series ever!
The Good Cook books from Time Life are some of the very best cookbooks I've ever found. They're loaded with information about the subject, clear explanations and pictures of most of the techniques one is ever likely to need, as well as a great variety of recipes from simple to complex. They're great for beginners who have never cooked before, but also for people like me who want to add to their knowledge of cooking and have a store of interesting recipes to turn to.
