Great item, soon as I learn how to use it properly
I havent tried all the functions but the ones I have tried worked out great, I just with it came with a cookbook or a chart to show how to cook different things.

Fine product but....after sealing the bag, it is very difficult to get the air pumped out, seems like it doesnt seal or the bags need better suction
I like the fact I can freeze foods without having to hand press out the air. Although it is hard to get the vacuum started to remove air from sealed bags. You have to play with it awhile to get it started, but once you do, it seals great.
