Hook Over Ear Does Not Stay Attached to the Earbud
Didn't even plug them in to hear the sound quality as the hook over the ear on the right side would not say attached to earpiece. Returned them the next day. Someone else wrote the same thing. I should have rear his review before ordering. I just assumed that as they were JBL thy would be as good as the Powerbeats I had for years but stopped working and had to replace theml

Poor quality balm. Will never use it again
The first bottle I opened seemed to have been filled almost half with water and did not mix into the balm at all. What squeezed out is lumpy and not at all like a balm and does not work into my skin. The quality of this balm which I have been using for years is now poor at best. I will never purchase it again.
