Rich Dad's Real Estate Advantages by Gary Sutton 2006

It is best to read after reading the first 2 or 3 books in the Rich Dad series so you can get much better understanding of this book. Out of about 10 of the Rich Dad books that I've read, this is the best yet. Step by step strategies to build your assets and tips to avoid pitfalls are shown in an easy to comprehend manner.
Your time and money is well spent on this one.
