Newer version outside unit works fine
I bought this to replace the old outside unit that came with the LaCrosse weather station. The old unit began to eat batteries, even the expensive lithium ones. This new outside unit fixed that and works fine with my weather station.

Just what it needed
Fit my PC finish nailer just fine. Stopped it from leaking air. Nailer would still fire but only got a few nails before compressor couldn't keep up with air leak. Nailer now works like new.

Good Cord Connector
0 of 1 found this helpful I bought this to keep a connection to Christmas lights from coming apart and dry. Product is a great connector ... it will get used for connecting my electric lawn tools to an extension cord. One caveat ... if you have a replacement plug or receptacle on your power cord it will need to go into the larger half of the product ... the small half is a really tight fit for the replacement ends (note product pics show cords with factory molded ends). As for keeping them dry, I expected no water in the product after a rain ... that was not the case. The little foam piece that goes between the connectors is not the kind of protection I was looking for. I tried some foam insulation strips stuck to the cords where they enter the product ... still wet on the inside. So overall it's a good solution for keeping cords together (beats tying them in a knot) but wet protection is lacking.
