    Good seller communication and extremely fast delivery which was appreciated. It stated that the item was brand new in original packaging; it was in the original packaging but the corner of the box was damaged and there was some dirt between the packaging and the box itself which is disappointing as it was for a gift

    I'm sorry to hear the box was damaged during its travel to you, as the box was in perfect condition when it left me. You'd told me the item was a gift and had it had damage my end, I would have told you. I do wrap all jigsaws in bubble wrap or equivalent to try and stop damage from happening during transit but seems this time it was lacking and I can only apologise.

The quality is poor.
I was expecting the actually mat to be made of thicker material, so that it was hard wearing and would last. However it is so flimsy and unplayable, especially for a 3 year old who just wants to screw it up. I've hard to tape it to a piece of cardboard to protect it, which has now made it a sizeable game to store away.
