wrong wire polarity and speaker crimp connector too small doesnt fit speaker
1 of 1 found this helpful i bought 1 pair for my mazda mx5 but unfortunately 2 things are wrong with these adapters.
the black and red wires are reversed, the black wire should be the red and the red should be the black. if you dont reverse them you will connect the speaker with wrong polarity.
not a big problem if you think to check for the correct polarity in the first place as you can just connect the wires backwards on the speaker.
problem no2 the black wire crimp connector is way too small and doesnt fit aftermarket speaker connectors. (maybe some speakers have small crimp connectors but not mine.
you will probably have to cut off the terminals of this adapter, buy your own crimp terminals that match your speakers and solder them on the adaptor's wires.
all in all if you dont have to pay shipping for less than 3euro its kind of acceptable but if you have to pay another 7 euros of shipping plus the 3 of the product so 10euros in total to buy 2 adapters that have wrong leads and reverse polarity and you have to do a solder job to use them well... thats a rip off....
the only reason im giving 2 stars and not 1 is because the car connector was indeed matching the car speaker socket and that was the most important for me.

ok wire, thick enough but not the best quality
1 of 1 found this helpful 2 out of 8 wires are significantly shorter than the other 6, making the cable bend unevenly.
(the photo that i uploaded is from its 4pin version. but the 8pin cable has exactly the same issue. the 2 purple pieces shown in the photo don't come with the cable)
The wire thickness seems to be exactly the same as the psu standard wires, hopefully its the actual wire that is thick enough and not just the insulation.
using it for about 2 weeks, no problems at all so far apart from the ugly uneven bend that it has.
it works ok but if you want a really nice clean looking wires for beautiful cable management you may try another cable instead of this one because of the uneven wire length.

works fine, bootloader pre installed
its working find and it came with pre installed bootloader so it was plug n play
