The Cholesterol Myths

Great book. It explores all the research in depth with many footnotes. It dispels the myths that are popular today concerning cholesterol. It is not pro statin drugs. It cites research that tends to show that statin drugs may cause cancer. The author shows that there is no direct link between cholesterol and heart diease. Very interesting reading!
