iTunes Does Not Support Nano
11 of 24 found this helpful The iPod Nano is great! I've owned 3 of them. Unfortunately, when I purchased this Nano, I had no clue it wouldn't be supported by the current versions of iTunes! Imagine my surprise when I attached the Nano to my computer and it wouldn't sync! I called Apple support, and they confirmed it! Thank you Apple for not supporting your own gear, and for forcing your customers to spend more money on new equipment.... a real pro move! I'm done with all Apple products.
