  Watch arrived and the battery was dead which i hadn't expected as watch listed as 'new' . I notified seller and received no response. I took the watch to a jewellers a few days later and they tried 2 different brand new batteries but the watch still did not work. I opened a return and once items was recieved back I recieved a full refund. I totally understand mistakes can happen but was more disappointed that the seller did not respond once, no acknowledgement or anything. such a shame
