Favorite cycle lube, clean, easy to use, not a dirt magnet like thicker lubes and have 4 oz. bottles in car and home.
1 of 1 found this helpful Road miles 8500 -10,000 miles a year. R&RG is a light lube and makes it easy to keep a clean efficient chain. Dry weather...1. Lube chain with one drop on each link, let it sit an hour and wipe off. 2. Wipe chain lightly after every ride or as you think of it. You can never wipe a chain off too much. 3. Lube about once a week. (Wet weather pay more attention to see if any debris is in chain, use a toothbrush, mild degreaser/Simple Green and rag on the chain. Add RnR like instructed.) I get at least 3500 miles on a chain with smooth shifts. Give chain full clean periodically. If it looks gunky give a heavy cleaning using same mild degreaser. USING THIS SYSTEM I HAVE YET TO USE A FULL BOTTLE 16 oz IN OVER 2 YEARS. Just bought the replacement because was down to 2 ounces.
