Does not come with necessary cable.

Will not work without ads-usb cable which allows program to be downloaded bases on your vehicle. After buying another part (cable) the chip does work.

Great upgrade from E8600.

Nicely packaged and in good shape with no cleaning needed, simply installed and turned on. Processor runs cooler temps than E8600 even with stock heat sink. Great option for a Legacy platform build.
