  This seller is advertising a SolarEdge SE10KW Model SE10000H-USNBL14 Home Hub Inverter, but they shipped the wrong inverter. Inverter model SE10000H-US000BEI4 which is not an Home Hub inverter, and seller refuses to acknowledge they shipped the wrong inverter. Very unethical business practice, and deceitful product advertising practices. Refuses to accept their mistake.

  Dear Renee- i'm very sorry about the inverter- I have done all my research and you are one of the good guys with over 17 YEARS of being a great person with all of your customers- if you look at the body listing you can see it is all correct- What happened is when I went to filling the the listing title eBay did an auto fill and I didn't' catch my husband pd . $2,700 for inverter I spent $200 on shipping -Again I'm very Superior Solar-In 27 years -never a neg- take mercy and change to positive
