  the item i bought had a shipping cost of $22.33 USD but when the item arriver the mail person tells me that to deliver it to me i have to pay $103 USD i tell him that the i tem said that for the shipping it was $22.33 usd and the postman tells me that it is a method some sellers use to thick the mail and the customer.for this reason i will proceed to return the item . i want the money back.

  Worst packaging job ever! Tossed into a box with no padding at all! Box closed up and taped with narrow , thin flimsy Skotch type tape... half open upon arrival! I don't recommend this seller!
