Got what I paid for
7 of 8 found this helpful It's cheap to buy and cheaply made. The plastic cover for the compartment that holds the cleaning solution falls off easily. This product is the very definition of 'chincy.' I used it 3 times and it's now useless. If you are reading this review because you are considering buying a VCR head-cleaner, take my kindly advice and keep your options open.
