Bad Power Supply means hours on tech support calls.
This unit was shipped with a bad power supply that provided enough power to light up but when the unit tried to connect is would drop out. Ooma sent me a new unit but it worked the same until I finally swapped out the power supply and the problems cleared up. I think the power supply was to small for the power being used. Caused very strange problems that baffled Ooma three tech support people. They incorrectly blamed it on my firewall connections. After it finally worked the sound quality is much better than Verizon Home service we have been using.

Mid size compact does a great job.
The size and zoom length makes it a great choice.
