It is still working, helping engine cool down.
I had to modify secondary air pump that had different hose size then original, and made it work for my truck.

The old alternator has electrical wire adapter to alternator that wasn’t OEM. The alternator that is ACDelco has original wire plug in, so I can rid of old plug adapter, but will keep for spare .
