  The product I ordered (Xbox Elite Series 2 Wireless Controller) arrived factory sealed in its original packaging, even had that "new electronics" smell. Pristine, as described, and the price was reasonable considering these things are hard to find right now. I would purchase from this seller again.

  The item was almost new. 1 sensor showed 99% and the other one 100% and the settings still had the previous owner information so it was used probably for less than 1 week. But the seller was very clear it wasn't sealed, so all good! The shipping cost was fair and the shipping time was surprisingly fast (came 10 days earlier). Seller communication was fantastic! All in all 10/10 experience with this seller. Highly recommended!
