Not consistent
It works well some days most days it doesn't work. You get involved in the internets passwords and never get out.

junk - there are much better shelves out there.
Very difficult to assemble. Metal tabs are to hard to bend in and then out - takes a least 2 people to put together. Customer service was a joke no help at all.
