Shoddy merchandise !
3 of 3 found this helpful I purchased a few of these items over the years ,they originally had eight screws holding the handle together ,once in a,while an adj was needed and could easily be accomplished , I broke one and bought a replacement ,which failed after about three months ,the shaft on early models extended about an inch into the handle and was quite sturdy ,the replacement item i observed had only four screws and the shaft only wss inserted to about one half inch ! The shaft snapped off at entry point ! The one I just purchased has NO screws only glue ! I doubt it will last a monrh ,a once servicable item has been engineered into useless garbage ,! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!

Sticky non Sticky box
I use a good quality litter ,had very little adhesion problems with My old boxes but always willing to try something new ! This box is a poop magnet ! waste material sticks to it as if it were Super glued to the thing ! I use a plastic coated litter scoop ,it easily scratches whatever is coating the box as though one were using a sharp putty knife ! luckily I only paid twenty four dollars for it and have seen it priced as high as sixty dollars ! and yes the box was filled as deeply as is possible with the design limitations .
