Why pay more?
It is a drive belt. Funny how they do stretch over time which is what reduced my mower performance. Replacing with the correct length restored the self-propelled function. It was a good value and worth waiting a week to receive. Fortunately I was able to get along with the old belt until this one arrived. I could have paind 3x the price locally but could not justify it.

Seems to work fine, looks really good, turns on and senses voltage, just what I wanted it to do. Now I have to learn to work it properly and he included the owners manual as well. I like it. Glad I bought.
