Gold Plated Bach Mouthpiece
This is a Bach gold plated mouthpiece. It has a couple of spots on the gold, so it is with flaws, but the price was lower than a new one with no flaws. My only complaint is that I was not informed of these flaws.

Excellent Cookbook
Many excellent plant-based, healthy recipes, especially mushroom soup concentrate and cream of celery concentrate...both enhance many of my recipes. Hans Diel is a leading expert in plant based eating. We are excited to see many moving to a whole plant food diet for their health and for a more compassionate world.

The Great Life Diet
This book is an easy to understand book on Macrobiotics, which means "great life". Denny does a thorough job of explaining the basics of this philosophy, and the benefits of a whole pant foods diet and clean life-style. I highly recommend it for anybody interested in improved health.
Macrobiotics has come a long way in the last 30 years, and Mr. Waxman has been a major contributor to that progress. I have heard him lecture, and believe he is an important teacher in this movement.
