Terrible support
The mower is very convenient and mows very well. However, the battery charger was defective out of the box, and I only mowed my small yard about 4 times before needing a charge, and it didn't charge. I opened a ticket with SunJoe support, but every time I open a ticket, they close it with no comment and send me a satisfaction survey. No other response!
Buy this at your own risk, or be ready to buy another charger and hope it works.
