I wanted a super-capacitor for my X10DRH...
I wanted a super-capacitor for my X10DRH-CT Supermicro motherboard. In addition, this style provides a place to hold the super-capacitor, vs just dangling in the case :) Works well, enabled the board to use it's 2gb SAS cache with write-back mode, which dramatically sped up writes (my 4x15k SAS hdd array jumped from about 150mb/s write speeds in write-through mode to 500mb/s sustained in write-back).

Wanted a 2nd 250mb zip drive to facilitate data transfer between my modern PC and my old 486 (which already had one). Works great! Got it working with a PCIe-to-ide card on my modern PC, and windows recognized it perfectly. Really convenient for transferring files to/from old PCs. Arrived promptly, packed well and works great. Would buy from seller again.
