This 8” Rockville 4 ohm subwoofer speaker sound pretty good, it does give you that cool low frequency bass that we all love, But only at low volumes, depending on what kind of music you’re playing at the time. So if you’re listening to any techo music.. the speaker won’t handle it that well. so specs for this speaker say, peak power handling is 1000W, and then between 250W and 500w RMS. So I have it hooked up to a 500W Rockford Fosfate mono block, I have it set at the Lowe’s settings and it can bearly handle it, it can’t go any higher, so if you’re getting one of these subs, you’ll need a 250w amp for it. Max, don’t go any higher,
