  Packaged in bubble wrap and wrapped in painter’s’ tape with no box whatsoever…did not have the instruction manual or the drip tray included as described in the description…side was cracked with plastic piece missing…package had been compromised with holes through plastic wrap exposing the coffee maker But it does work and it’s a backup so it’s ok
