  Antenna was broken right out of the box just by gently picking it up. Box didn't consist of any bubble-wrap or packing paper, no protection whatsoever. That might be why the antenna broke, but I'm not going to argue about it. I think you can do better next time. But I don't think I will be buying from you again. The price was reasonable shipping time was okay, as I had to give you a reminder to get a tracking number. That too doesn't look good. Nobody should have to ask for a tracking number.
