HBS-910 is the best around-the-neck earbuds on the market.
I had a grey HBS-910 that I used for the better part of a decade. When the neckband finally gave out, I decided to try and "upgrade" to a more recent model: the HBS-X7. The X7 is a dimestore version of the 910... but somehow worse than that, even. The sound quality on the X7 is garbage because they filled the buds with generic 20/20k hz drivers instead of the Harmon/Kardon drivers in the 910. The cords on the buds of the X7 are pull-string, like some kind of child's toy from the 50's, unlike the 910, where the cords are retracted using a button. The mechanisms is just much more stout that way. The neck band on the X7 is flimsy and overly-flexible while the 910 is stiff and will hold on to you even through strenuous physical activity.
I was thrilled to find this black HSB-910 in good condition. Sounds great, fits great, holds a charge for days (I've been running my 910's on a single charge for the last 3 days with near constant use), and the black is a good look. I'm very happy with my purchase.
