I ordered and received both of the CM Tumblers, they were exactly as described and arrived in perfect condition, she took great care in wrapping the tumblers, and shipping was combined. Being a shipper myself I know that it was still a bit on the high side (I use PirateShip for lowest UPS & USPS rates), while it arrived within max ETA she also waited 3 days to ship them and it is for these reasons I rated her less than 5 stars in those categories. No communication from seller re: delay.
