Thrilling Twists
As a fan of Robert Ludlum's novels , I decided to buy THE AMBLER WARNING because I knew that I would not be disappointed in my quest for a great novel filled with thrilling twists. I do not like to give the story away so I will not comment on the story line instead I will concentrate on why I like Robert Ludlum's style of writing. Like other Ludlum novels, THE AMBLER WARNING is a great action book as well as an exciting adventure one. The novel is a great suspense novel so much so that I could not wait to get to the next chapter. When I did get to the end of the novel, I was not disappointed in the way the plot twisted and kept me clinging to the edge of my chair ! I would highly recommend THE AMBLER WARNING to any one who likes a gripping , exciting and action packed novel.

Cussler Similar to Robert Ludlum
I bought THE CHASE by Clive Cussler because I had read Cussler's ARTIC DRIFT and I liked it so I wanted to see if his style of writing was consistent in all or most of his books. What I like about THE CHASE is that Cussler did not fail to entertain me. THE CHASE is filled with a lot of action and a style of writing similar to Robert Ludlum. It is an easy book to read and Cussler produces colorful as well as memorable characters. What I disliked about THE CHASE was the book started to drag just a bit, but then Cussler picked up the action with the Great Earthquake of San Francisco. I would certainly buy this book again because it is a family oriented book, action packed and Cussler uses historical events and establishments to move the story along !
