Its a supplement....
I don't know how to rate it against another product because this is the only spirulina i have bought, but that being said i think i feel a difference using this. I have lost some weight and feel better, my Dr. office says that my blood pressure is down from last time so i guess that may be from this as well.

Mine and many others favorite smell
I love this cologne and have been buying it for a few years now. I always get compliments on it and my wife and kids love it as well.
