Battery really, really works! Give it a try!
2 of 3 found this helpful We did not really believe that a new battery would work. The vacuum has been great and does a really good job - we were so upset when it would not work. Went through Dyson to see if there was a part or anything that we could do - and they gave us a quick way to check the battery. Did not work so the only thing we could do was throw it away.
BUT we went online to eBay. Found your information - and great goodness - the battery came lightning fast - and it really works!
So happy. Thank you!
