Very efficient, a bit small
The blade is sharp, helped by hand guard which works very well. When pushing the veggies into the blade, it takes effort, unless you use the hand guard. I am impressed how easily I can make even slices so quickly. I rated 4 stars because I am used to a larger receptacle that can handle more. I can see how compact design is useful for Japanese kitchen.

Excellent value
I'm enjoying these sneakers. Very cushiony and comfortable. The only downside is it's a bit short. Width is fine. All in all a great value.

Fabulous!
I wanted to refresh my bread knives, so I purchased this one. There is no comparison with others I have. I am very pleased with the quality and sharpness of this amazing knife. The hard bread sliced with no effort at all.
