Beware of knockoffs
6 of 7 found this helpful There are so many knockoffs of this product that it's really difficult to find the real ones. Even the packaging has been counterfeited on some of them. But when you find the real deal, it's unmistakeable. How to tell the difference? I don't know of an easy foolproof way. The only thing you can do is examine the packaging thoroughly. Make sure it has the Phillips and Sonicare trademarks. The shaft of the brush should say "Sonicare" or "e-Series." If the price is so low and it seems like the deal is too good to be true, it is a knock-off. Even if it passes all those tests, you may still have a knockoff. The final test is if it performs the way it's supposed to, It's probably the real deal but even some of the knockoffs can give you decent performance. If it doesn't perform well, then you definitely have a knockoff.
