Its 3M Cold Shrink: It works as expected every time.
Use several different sizes of these at work in the communications field. We don't like doing things twice, so they're the only brand we buy. I bought this particular size for a non-communications related experiment. The product worked perfectly. My experiment not so well, though the premise had merit.

Have used one at work for years
Now I have my own. It has the features I like without being too complex or too paltry. If I were king of the forest, it would cut a little closer to the body of the text. Surprisingly long battery life from a set of alkaline cells.

Does what it should
Its a die bushing. Not much to say other than it's the correct diameter. TiN coating is a plus.
