Good value but can't play albums w/o shuffling song order

Very good value for the money! The only drawback I've found is it doesn't play an album without shuffling the order. Album song order is an art form in itself, and I'd prefer to hear it the way the artist planned it.

Good size & weight, confusing setup, USB connectivity didn't work

We like the compact size and light weight of this model. Some steps in print alignment in the setup process were confusing, prompting us to request help from tech support, which delayed us by several days over a weekend. Also, we would have much preferred to connect by USB as advertised (in fact this was a feature which prompted us to buy this model), but were unable to do so after multiple attempts. Rather than go through another lengthy inquiry with tech support, we settled for wireless connection. Doing so proved to require extra time for the necessary learning curve, making it all the more frustrating that USB connectivity, which should have been straightforward, was not achievable.
