1 of 1 found this helpful the pads are so thin in the plate and the pad neck is useless,,, it doesn't fit your body,, I have used other arm blaster that fit amazing in your body. with this one you are going to finish your workout with back pain and triceps discomfort. You can tell this is not any good compared with some other arm blasters out there..
