These are pretty comfortable and they open your nasal passages the most of alkyl the products out there they are the most effective, my nose is super sensitive and I have a t year old that gets rough sometimes at bedtime , this one is fine if it gets left alone but if someone moves in their sleep or you cough then your only option would be the pure soft silicone cup style or nose strips
