Received the item quickly and it worked great. The item is described as a 2Pack battery -- I did not notice that you had to select 1, 2, or 4 packs and had ordered only one, but was expecting two, based on the leader in the description. I would advise the seller to change this, as it can be misleading to the buyer. Other than that, a smooth purchase.

Ad is misleading. Several of the same complaint I have. I ordered 1-2 pack of batteries. Only received 1 battery. I ordered batteries for my other tools at the same time and the ad is almost exact as this seller and low and behold I received 1-2 pack of batteries from that seller.
Seller refuses to send second battery offering a pathetic $4 reimbursement. I also attached photos of ads from both sellers.
